RETURN GUIDELINES FOR NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, used, opened or damaged in any way, with all tags and original packaging still attached.

All personalized and monogrammed products from Piper-Kate and Company are final sale due to their personalized nature. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

• Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines. 
• Send an email to piperkateandco@gmail.com to inform us that you will be making a return.
• Include the slip that arrived in your package with your return.
